About Kim

Kim Tuohy is a down-to-earth chick with a passion for creating learning that inspires, and a passion for supporting and developing others. 

Kim is the founder of Belvista Studios, an award-winning instructional design and eLearning studio. She has significant experience in the industry, being involved in not only the hands-on aspects of the instructional designer role though also the business building and marketing aspects of the industry. She is a passionate eLearning and online learning creator with a background in organisational development, corporate training and graphic design. This extensive experience has led her to coach and mentor others in the industry, aligning with her passion for supporting and helping others to be the best that they can be. Her passion for her craft shows in everything she does and she would say that launching Belvista Studios is something she has been preparing for since she was 12 years old.

If I don’t feel you help me, will I get my money back?

No. We recommend you research us first and make sure we’re the right fit for you and the knowledge we have to share is credible in your opinion. You can experience us on YouTube, through our blogs and Instagram for example. If you do invest in this opportunity, be clear on your expectations of us and what you need from us. We will try our best to achieve it but opinions are subjective and that is beyond our control.

If there isn’t a time available for my hotline call before my deadline can I have a refund? 

Yes. We will refund A$99, not transaction fees etc.

If I cancel can I have a refund?

Yes. As long as you give us 24 hours notice from the time the booking was made. We will refund A$99, not transaction fees etc. Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Can you help with other eLearning software other than Articulate?

We play mostly with Articulate 2/360, followed by Rise. There are other people who will know the other tools better than us.

Can you support with Adobe Creative Cloud?

We can make recommendations about the tools and how they might benefit you. Although we use Illustrator and Photoshop daily, we recommend speaking to an expert that specialises in each of the tools.

Can you make physical changes to my project while we are on the call? 

There won’t be enough time. Book into a Portfolio Feedback session if you want reflective practice and tips on your work. We provide advice in this session but you will need to implement it post our chat. You can book this here.
