You will receive completely personalised feedback from one of our passionate instructional designers on an eLearning project of your choice (storyboard or published, development file).

Send through the project that you would like feedback on, one of our instructional designers will analyse and review your project prior to a 1 hour recorded online coaching session. They will debrief you on what they found and provide you with detailed suggestions for improvement.

Our team of passionate and experienced instructional designers at Belvista Studios have spent years learning and practising instructional design and development techniques for eLearning solutions.

On top of this, we have spent countless hours checking and completing quality assurance checks on these solutions. Kim Tuohy

Kim Tuohy is a down-to-earth chick with a passion for creating learning that inspires, and a passion for supporting and developing others. 

Kim is the founder of Belvista Studios, an award-winning instructional design and eLearning studio. She has significant experience in the industry, being involved in not only the hands-on aspects of the instructional designer role though also the business building and marketing aspects of the industry. She is a passionate eLearning and online learning creator with a background in organisational development, corporate training and graphic design.

This extensive experience has led her to coach and mentor others in the industry, aligning with her passion for supporting and helping others to be the best that they can be. Her passion for her craft shows in everything she does and she would say that launching Belvista Studios is something she has been preparing for since she was 12 years old.

Hannah Grennan

Hannah is an energetic and passionate learning designer, who 'fan girls' over human-centred design and has a strong desire to support others in the industry.

Hannah was the first instructional designer to partner with Kim at Belvista Studios. With 7 years of experience in the Learning and Development industry she has acquired an extensive toolkit of learning knowledge and strategies. She has a strong passion for supporting and empowering others to be the best that they can be and is constantly on the lookout for better ways of doing things. Hannah has a background in organisational development, organisational culture, corporate training and psychology.

She writes our company blogs and also features on our YouTube channel discussing her findings and thoughts on a range of eLearning topics.

How long have the Belvista Studios instructional designers been in the industry.

Specifically instructional design and eLearning development, a combined 6. Before that we came from learning and development/HR land, where we have a combined 7 years. The real experience has come from life so that’s a combined 107 years!

If I don’t feel you help me, will I get my money back?

No. We recommend you research us first and make sure we’re the right fit for you and the knowledge we have to share is credible in your opinion. You can experience us on YouTube, through our blogs and Instagram for example. We give all our tips and best practices away for free there so really you could just consume us there and apply it yourself without the need to pay for our services. If you do invest in this feedback opportunity, be clear on your expectations of us and what you need from us. We will try our best to achieve it but opinions are subjective and that is beyond our control.

If I don’t feel like I am connecting with the instructional designer or I am not gaining value, do I get my money back?

No. As per the above, you can get a taste for our personalities and approaches online. Try before you buy there. ;)

What will you do with the recorded video?

We’ll provide it to you via a link and then delete it from our hard drive. It won’t be shared anywhere.

Can you help with other eLearning software other than Articulate?

We play mostly with Articulate 2/360, followed by Rise and Evolve. There are other people who will know the other tools better than us.

Can you support with Adobe Creative Cloud?

We can make recommendations about the tools and how they might benefit you. Although we use Illustrator and Photoshop daily, we recommend speaking to an expert that specialises in each of the tools.

Will you make changes to my project or only provide advice?

We’ll provide advice. We’ll use reflective practice and share tips and insights. You will need to apply our suggestions post our chat.

What if I'm working on a project that's confidential?

Share with us what you feel comfortable to share. We recommend you remove things like the logo or other identifiers if you are concerned. We can't protect from hackers and other risks associated with using the internet. Engage in this service at your own risk. We'll respect your privacy and it will be only used on our end for the purposes of the services you engage us for.

How quickly can I book in a session?

We need a minimum 24 hours to prepare for your first session. We want to add value and will have some homework to do prior. We're also dealing with global time zones.
