How to Create an Effective Branching Scenario

Our team has written a complete case study on how we created an impactful, realistic, wellness conversation scenario for our client. It takes you through the process that we took with a client to enable their leaders to effectively hold wellness conversations with their team members.

The process revealed through the case study enables you to gain an understanding of how we were able to create an effective, conversation eLearning scenario. From managing the project to developing the solution into existence, our aim for this case study is to demonstrate how we do what we do and inspire and educate you for your own projects.

At Belvista Studios we have designed a number of scenario activities and this one really stood out to us as a winner (feedback from our stakeholders, not just our biased opinion lol).
We believe we can add value to you by sharing the process that we took for this scenario activity through providing you with a behind-the-scenes view of how the solution was achieved.

Project Background

Our client had a goal.

They wanted to empower leaders at their company to support their team members in terms of wellness and contribute to a positive working environment. This client had partnered with us for previous initiatives and they reengaged us through a request for quote process for this project too.

They wanted a solution that would have an impact and create sustainable behaviour change across the organisation and they felt that partnering with us would make this possible (and they were right 😉).

Through this process, a scenario activity was created that we believed (our client included) had quite an impact and this has inspired us to share the process we took with you.
